Grand Canyon Hike Day 3

Hey Everyone!

We'll we got up a little earlier this morning we were gonna hike over to Ribbon Falls its about a 10 mile round trip from the campground with about 1300 ft of elv. gain so we ate some breakfast and me Ryan and his friend Stefan headed out.  This was a much flatter hike a little rolling but not the constant down hill stress on my knees that the south Kaibab trail on day 1 had.  We took a picnic break about half way there and Stefan brought this really good dried ginger I got to try and he even had some chocolate covered all surprisingly delicious this is the other good side to the picnicking is that it encourages you to try new things.

Well after that we pressed on to more of the wondrous canyon from yet another view point well after a bit we finally made it to Ribbon Falls it was an amazing sight we decided to take some time admiring the beautiful falls for a while before heading back heres some more amazing pics it was really breathtaking!
You can see me on the left in the pic above just gives you an idea of size of the falls.

We decided to settle up about for a little bit longer it was amazing to see the falls from all the different angles we got so caught up we stayed a little longer then we planned once we realized the time we got up and started making out way back to came we ended up making it back just before dark.

We went back to the Ranch again for one last night of fun and games before going to bed since we were heading back the next morning.

Well that concludes day 3 hope you enjoyed it thanks for reading!
